Refund policy

At Speechie Bebé, each item is crafted with care to support early language development and provide comfort for your little one. To maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards, we do not offer refunds—however, we’re happy to offer store credit when eligible.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. All purchases are final sale. This helps us maintain the integrity of our products and ensures every item shipped meets our quality and safety standards. 

If there is a confirmed product issue (such as damage or an incorrect item), we are happy to issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

 Returns (Store Credit Only)

If your item qualifies, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, valid for future purchases. All purchases are final sale.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please notify us within 3
days of delivery by emailing support@speechiebebe.com with:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll issue store credit or send a replacement, based on availability.

Return Eligibility for Store Credit

To qualify for store credit:
● Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
● All original tags and packaging must be fully intact
● Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
● Customer is responsible for return shipping
● Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit total


We cannot accept returns or issue credit for items that appear used, damaged due to wear, or returned without proper packaging.
Important: If you are returning an approved item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, and store credit will not be issued for returns we do not receive

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Speechie Bebé is not
responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing:
● First, check with neighbors or your local carrier
● Then contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim
● If you need help gathering information for your claim, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to assist
We are unable to offer refunds or store credit for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Sizing & Fit

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide
carefully before placing your order. If you need support in choosing a size, our team is happy to help.
