Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. however during times of high order volume please allow up to 7 business days. We don’t ship on weekends.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track the progress of your package using the provided number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after confirmation.

Route Package Protection:
We offer Route Package Protection on all orders. This optional service protects against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If added at checkout, you can file a claim with Route for a replacement or refund.
If Route is not selected, Speechie Bebé is not responsible for lost or damaged
packages once handed to the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll promptly assist you by offering store credit or a replacement item.
